'NHS Health Check 2014: share, listen, act’ conference, 27 February 2014
We are pleased to invite you to our first national NHS Health Check conference on 27 February 2014, ‘NHS Health Check 2014: share, listen, act’.
For the first time, we will be bringing together the whole of the health and social care system, including voluntary and commercial sectors, to share their experiences and best practice on this world-leading public health programme.
The conference is for all those organisations and individuals involved in commissioning, providing, evaluating and supporting the NHS Health Check programme. With more than 15 workshops, a market place to showcase exciting case studies, and an agenda that will reflect local priorities, the event will be of value to all participants.
There will be opportunities to meet others working on different elements of the programme, learn the latest on Public Health England's progress against the ten-point implementation review and action plan, how NHS Health Check is progressing around the country – including marketing and evaluation – and share and discuss the successes and challenges you've encountered.
The conference is free. For details about the programme and venue, and how to book your place, visit the conference website.
We hope you can to join us. In the meantime, if you have any questions about this event, email email@example.com.
